1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jili2 website at jili2.app, creating a player account, or using any service offered by jili2, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the jili2 platform.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the jili2 platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility

Use of the jili2 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. In accordance with Philippine gaming regulations, real-money gambling on jili2 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years old or older. jili2 enforces this requirement through its Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons may not register as players on jili2.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before registering or playing.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

jili2 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jili2 may result in account suspension or termination.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money games on jili2, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on jili2. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact jili2 support immediately.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jili2 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to notify jili2 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 KYC Verification

jili2 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification. jili2 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where KYC requirements are not met.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jili2 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. jili2 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.

Deposits are generally credited to your jili2 account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. jili2 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jili2 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within ten (10) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours.

jili2 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where jili2 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. jili2 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, processing fees imposed by your payment provider are outside jili2's control.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on jili2 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jili2 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jili2 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

jili2 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; colluding with other players to exploit bonus terms; and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where jili2 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or terminate the player's account.

5.4 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jili2 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering requirements, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jili2 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined independently of any player action, account history, or balance. jili2 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Each game on the jili2 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on jili2's servers, the server record shall be the definitive and binding result.

jili2 reserves the right to void any game round or transaction where a technical malfunction, software error, or data corruption has affected the integrity of the result. In such cases, affected wagers will be refunded to the player's account balance. jili2 will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili2 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any jili2 software or system;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jili2 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your jili2 account.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jili2 platform — including but not limited to the jili2 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jili2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jili2 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jili2 platform without the prior written consent of jili2.

Any unauthorised use of jili2's intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine and international law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jili2 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jili2 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

jili2's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jili2 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jili2 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jili2 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jili2's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy

jili2 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jili2 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jili2 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jili2 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

12 Amendments to These Terms

jili2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jili2 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the jili2 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting jili2 support.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jili2 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jili2 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights or interests.
